Korn, Matthias (2024): Bodo Wartke und die Antike. Ars docendi, 20, settembre 2024.
In his works, the contemporary German artist Bodo Wartke (*1977) has dealt with material and motifs from antiquity in a various, original and sophisticated way. This article is intended to show the difference of these ways of reception and, using the example of the solo theatre piece „König Ödipus“ (2009), to help teachers explore the potential of making the relationship between the ancient model and Wartke's way of reception usable in the classroom.
