Korn, Laura (2024): Römische Rechtsgrundsätze zur Behandlung im Lateinunterricht. Ars docendi, 21, dicembre 2024.

Ms Korn is a research assistant at the Institute for Foreign and International Private and Business Law at Heidelberg University. In the following article, based on current cases from civil, criminal and public law, she shows how principles of Roman law are regularly applied in contemporary judicial or official decisions. The relevant legal principles can be used for short or occasional reading in Latin lessons, e.g. when working on vocabulary or morphosyntax.
